Mini Lokanta was born from a deep love of Turkish home cooking and a passion for sharing culture through food. Inspired by generations of family recipes, Gökçe has transformed a part of their beautiful home into a cozy space that reflects the warmth and authenticity of dining in a Turkish home.
Mini Lokanta offers an intimate setting, welcoming up to 10 guests for a single dining session each evening. This arrangement allows us to host up to two separate groups, ensuring a warm and personal atmosphere.
At Mini Lokanta, every dish is crafted with love, blending fresh, locally-sourced produce with select ingredients imported from Türkiye. Join us for a unique dining experience, where tradition, hospitality, and history come together.

Important Information for your visit
At Mini Lokanta, we bring the warmth and authenticity of Turkish cuisine to North Adelaide. With just two tables in our heritage-listed house, we offer a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. We kindly ask guests to follow a few simple guidelines to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable dining experience. Your reservation confirms your acceptance of these guidelines, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
Reservation, Fixed Menu, and Cancellation Policy
We serve a fixed menu that includes all the items listed on our website for your selected booking. The menu is prepared in advance to ensure everything is ready for your visit.
We operate by reservation only, and we kindly ask that bookings and changes be made at least 48 hours in advance.
As we don’t require a deposit, we trust our guests to keep their reservations. For no-shows, late cancellations, or reductions within 48 hours, a $30 per person fee applies to cover preparation costs. We kindly ask that this amount be settled promptly, as it reflects the care and effort we put into creating a unique dining experience.
If you anticipate being late, please let us know so we can adjust meal preparation and serving times.
Allergy and Dietary Information
Our authentic Turkish dishes include ingredients such as nuts, onions, garlic, spices, flour, and herbs. While we strive to accommodate dietary requirements, modifications may not always be possible. Please inform us of any dietary needs when making your reservation, as we prepare in advance.
All dishes may contain traces of nuts, gluten, and dairy. Menus on our website are also subject to change based on seasonal availability.
Families with Children
We love welcoming families, but our intimate space may not be ideal for young children. We kindly ask guests to consider this when planning their visit.
Home Dining and Business Licensing
As Mini Lokanta is hosted in our home, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low and respect our neighbourhood. Your understanding helps us create a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
We are a fully licensed business with both a liquor license and food business registration, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations to provide a safe and high-quality dining experience.
